The network comprises at least one application server located at the uppermost stage and at least one intelligent terminal node located at the lowermost stage, and also comprises a plurality of routing nodes located at the intermediate stages, wherein the communication connections are sequentially established between the application server and the routing nodes, between the routing nodes, and between the routing nodes and the intelligent terminal node; the network delivers in the format of frame messages determined through the negotiation between nodes; data items of each frame message comprise a message identifier, an application target identifier and a node address; each intelligent terminal node corresponds to one anode address; and the delivery direction of the frame messages can be judged according to message identifiers in the frame messages.
