Abstract

The production process of a relief type pattern floor comprises the following steps of: manufacturing a blank plate of the floor with a flexible upper surface; pressing three-dimensional patterns on the blank plate of the floor, and solidifying the blank plate of the floor; abrading the pressed three-dimensional patterns by adopting an abrasive tool; coating base paint on the upper surface of the blank plate of the floor; polishing the base paint; coating the base paint again on the processed base paint; and then coating finish paint on the base paint. The relief pattern printing equipment comprises a floor blank plate shaping mould system and a three-dimensional pattern printing module system, wherein the floor blank plate shaping mould system comprises a shaping mould and a shaping mould cooling system; and the three-dimensional pattern printing module system comprises a three-dimensional pattern printing module and a printing module acting system, wherein the three-dimensional pattern printing module is positioned above the shaping mould.
