The reliability assessment index system is mainly based on three aspects, wherein the first aspect is a graph theory-based reliability assessment index mainly used for the reconstruction and improvement of the conventional network and the planning and construction of the new network; the second aspect is a service-based reliability assessment index mainly used for the designing of the re-protection scheme; and the third aspect is a fiber optic communication network reliability real-time measurement index mainly used for the real-time assessment of the reliability of a fiber optic communication network.
