The rectification circuit carries out polarity conversion on an input signal; the signal sampling circuit inputs an acquired AC signal into the voltage controlled amplifier, and the voltage controlled amplifier amplifies the acquired AC signal to control a current of an electronic load circuit, thus a function of simulating an AC-DC load resistor is achieved; the rectification vibration absorbing circuit and the amplifier vibration absorbing circuit are used for preventing high-frequency oscillation form generating on a power supply end when a small-current load is simulated; all leaked currents are added by the adder, RMS is converted into DC, the DC is compared with a programmed-control reference voltage and an error is amplified, and an error voltage controls the ratio of amplification of the voltage controlled amplifier, thus a function of stabilizing an input current is realized.
