The left side of a flange assembly is provided with a pressing plate and a pressing device, the right end face of a pressing ring is sequentially and tightly provided with a front insulator, a tapered sealing ring and a rear insulator along the axial direction of a conductor; the pressing device is screwed to ensure that a pre-locking force of a low-pressure end is transmitted to the tapered sealing ring, the external diameter of the tapered sealing ring is expanded and the internal diameter of the tapered sealing ring is reduced, the external diameter and the internal diameter of the tapered sealing ring are respectively attached on the inner wall of the flange assembly and the excircle surface of the conductor; and the pressing device is continuously screwed to ensure that pressure in the container is increased, and an axial force to the low-pressure end is generated to continuously press the tapered sealing ring.
