Abstract

Designed with a special formula, the insulating dry powder has advantages of simple components and simple production processes. Fly ash with a low cost is adopted as a base material, and the inorganic insulating filling material is added to the formula, such that the insulating dry powder is environment protecting, energy saving, and is highly efficient. After the dry powder product is mixed with water, a high-quality insulating mortar can be obtained. The insulating mortar has a density of 1.7 to 1.8g / cm<3>, a compressive strength of 10Mpa after solidification, and a heat transmission coefficient of 0.025w / (m.k) after solidification.
