Problems solved by technology

The selected adsorbents, such as heparin-lipoglucose gel adsorbent and sulfonated dextran-vitamin adsorbent, can better select and adsorb cholesterol, but these adsorbents partly fix large polyanionic ligands on the carrier. Therefore, there are safety problems such as immobilization of ligands and prevention of ligand shedding, and it is expensive, and there are safety problems in the use of human body, so further research is needed (Hu Guo-hua and Huang Shao-hua, 2001: Agnieszka Nawitsk and Monika Kwasniewska, 2005)

Embodiment Construction

[0030] This example presents a preparation method of cornus fruit pomace water-soluble dietary fiber, using the pomace of cornel fruit pomace as raw material, using star point design to optimize the preparation conditions of cornus fruit pomace soluble dietary fiber (CSDF), improving product yield and Purity, to determine its chemical composition and some functional properties. And try to prepare low-calorie "drinkable" fiber drinking water, and use high-performance liquid chromatography to determine the ability to bind cholesterol.

[0031]Star point design-response surface methodology (RSM) is an efficient optimization method in multivariate systems, which can be used to evaluate the relative importance of several influencing factors. This method has been successfully used to optimize media composition, hot water extraction conditions, and light-induced decolorization assays (Liew et al., 2005; Lee et al., 2006; K rbahti et al., 2008). It can provide the necessary informa...

Abstract

The invention discloses a preparation method of a Cornus officinalis fruit slag soluble dietary fiber and drinking water preparing from the Cornus officinalis soluble dietary fiber (CSDF). According to the method, preparation conditions of the CSDF are optimized through a central composite design, so the output and the purity of products are improved, and chemical components and partial functional characteristics of the CSDF are detected. The fibrous drinking water which is prepared from the Cornus officinalis fruit slag soluble dietary fiber has the advantages of good dissolvability and transmittance, no peculiar smell and long storage life.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the preparation of dietary fiber, in particular to a preparation method of cornel pomace water-soluble dietary fiber and drinking water prepared by using the water-soluble dietary fiber. Background technique [0002] Dietary fiber is an important part of human health diet, which can be divided into two parts: soluble dietary fiber (SDF) and insoluble dietary fiber (IDF). Among them, SDF includes xyloglucan, galactomannan hemicellulose, β-glucan, pectin, gum and mucilage (Jiménez-Escrig and Sánchez-Muniz, 2000), which are widely found in vegetables and grains In crops, it is an important component of plant cell walls. [0003] It is well known that SDF has a significant effect on lowering serum cholesterol levels (Xu et al. 2010; Schwesinger et al.1999, Arjmandi et al.1992, Jensen et al.1997), and a daily diet with high SDF content can reduce people's cardiovascular disease disease risk (Theuwissen and Mensink 2008), and lower...
