Abstract

The portable closed chamber vacuum injecting method comprises the following steps: 1, vacuumizing a closed chamber; and 2, injecting a liquid working medium into the closed chamber, wherein the step 2 comprises the following specific steps: (1) adding a liquid into a master tank, and cyclically filtering; (2) removing bubbles in the master tank; and (3) injecting the liquid working medium into the closed chamber. The invention also provides aportable closed chamber vacuum injecting device manufactured by the method. By utilizing the method, gas is prevented from being mixed when the liquid is injected into the closed chamber, thus the control accuracy of a servo system is improved; and the liquid working medium is injected without manual intervention, thus the injection efficiency is improved. The device has the advantages of light weight, small volume, convenience for transportation and outdoor field use, simplicity and convenience in operation and suitability for vacuum injection systems of all liquid working mediums.
