The system comprises a reinforced concrete floor slab, a leveling layer, a water-proof layer, a water-proof protective layer and a surface layer and a floor drain, wherein the reinforced concrete floor slab is provided with a preformed hole; the leveling layer, the water-proof layer, the water-proofprotective layer and the surface layer are arranged on the upper surface of the reinforced concrete floor slab in turn from the bottom to the top; the floor drain is arranged in the preformed hole and is communicated with a sewer pipe made of a polyvinyl chloride (PVC) material; a diameter-changing funnel made of the PVC material is arranged in the preformed hole of the reinforced concrete floor slab; a lower water stop ring made of the PVC material is bonded between the lower end of the diameter-changing funnel and the outside wall of the sewer pipe by using PVC special glue; a PVC pipe is placed in the diameter-changing funnel; an upper water stop ring made of the PVC material is bonded between the upper outside wall of the PVC pipe and the upper end of the diameter-changing funnel by using the PVC special glue; and the head end of the water-proof layer is extended to the upper inside wall of the PVC pipe.
