The invention discloses a method for treating loofah bleeding sap. By the method, the problem that the loofah bleeding sap is discolored, turbid and even corrupt can be solved, and clear, transparent and stable loofah bleeding sap can be obtained. The method comprises the following steps of:: (1) collecting; (2) transporting and storing; (2) filtering and discoloring, namely adding activated carbon powder into the sterilized loofah bleeding sap, stirring and standing; (4) performing centrifugal filtration for the first time, namely performing centrifugal filtration on discolored liquid by using a refrigerated centrifuge; (5) sterilizing and inactivating enzyme by high temperature heating, namely putting first supernatant into a closed tank, performing high temperature heating, boiling for a certain period of time, and thus obtaining cooled liquid; (6) performing centrifugal filtration for the second time, namely putting the cooled liquid into the refrigerated centrifuge, and performing centrifugal filtration to obtain second supernatant; and (7) performing sterile storage, namely filling the second supernatant by using a sterilized container in a sterile environment. Therefore, the loofah bleeding sap can be stored at room temperature for at least three months and stored for about 24 mouths in a frozen mode.
