The numerical control system comprises a human-machine interaction unit, an explanation module, an interpolation module, an interpolation data buffering unit and a motion output unit and is characterized by further comprising a cyclic detection unit, an interpolation data storage unit, a parallel axis data judgment unit, an inverse solution algorithm unit and a real axis data storage unit, wherein the human-machine interaction unit is connected with the explanation module so as to input a numerical control program to the explanation module; and the interpolation module is connected with the explanation module so as to interpolate a motion instruction, translated by the explanation module, of each axis. By the invention, corresponding virtual and real conversion modules can be selected on the same series system by a selection and configuration method according to different parallel-series mechanisms, so that control over different parallel-series mechanisms can be realized.
