The simulation test system comprises a train control ground simulation subsystem, a train control train-mounted simulation subsystem and a database, wherein the train control ground simulation subsystem comprises an interlocking simulation module, a track circuit simulation module, a train control center and an LEU (Line Side Electronic Unit) simulation module, wherein the interlocking simulation module is used for acquiring admission passage information and interval direction control information; the track circuit simulation module is used for acquiring track circuit occupancy information; the train control center is used for generating carrier-frequency and low-frequency information of a track circuit and data information of a transponder and storing the carrier-frequency and low-frequency information and the data information to the database; the LEU simulation module is used for forwarding the data information of the transponder into the database; the train control train-mounted simulation subsystem comprises a train-mounted simulation module and a train-mounted device, wherein the train-mounted simulation module is used for acquiring the carrier-frequency and low-frequency information of the track circuit, the data information of the transponder and a train running control signal; the train-mounted device is used for displaying and simulating the train running state according to all piece of information; and information exchange of the two subsystems is realized by the database.
