The shaft ring is provided with a short graduated slot (3.3.1) and a long graduated slot (3.3.2) and is plated with chromium. A supporting seat (1) is processed according to the shape characteristic of the rotary-table bearing (3), two transmission-type grating sensors (4) and a reflection-type grating sensor (2) are installed on the supporting seat, a leading-out wire of each sensor is connected with a conditioning-circuit box (5), the transmission-type grating sensors are used for monitoring the short graduated slot of the shaft ring and performs the action of monitoring the actual deflection quantity of the angular displacement of the shaft ring, and the reflection-type grating sensor is used for monitoring the long graduated slot of the shaft ring and performs the action of a monitoring criteria.
