Abstract

The invention relates to a method and device for removing sewage scum. The method comprises the following steps of: (1) transplanting a lower end part of a sewage pump in a sewage tank and upwards extending a water feed opening of a water absorbing valve of the sewage pump to the lower part of the water surface through a water feeding pipe so as to bring convenience for pouring the scum floating on the water surface into the sewage pump; (2) crushing the scrum in the sewage pump into screenings and pumping the screenings to a sewage tank of a solid-liquid separator from a water draining pipe of the sewage pump; (3) discharging the screenings to an inclined plate screen of the solid-liquid separator by the sewage tank and dehydrating the screenings for the first time by using the inclined plate screen; and (4) after the screenings are dehydrated for the first time, enabling the dehydrated screenings to slip to the screw pressing mechanism from the inclined plate screen, dehydrating the disintegrating slag for the second time by using the screw pressing mechanism and discharging the disintegrating slag by using the screw pressing mechanism; and (5) enabling the sewage generated by dehydrating for the first time and the second time to flow into a reception basin and reflow to the sewage tank through a reflow pipe. According to the method and the device disclosed by the invention, the scum is effectively removed, the labor intensity of persons is reduced and the environment quality is improved.
