Embodiment Construction

[0039] Such as Figure 1~Figure 4 As shown, the pile foundation of the bridge section (11) is driven into the bearing layer (13), and the bearing layer (13) is generally bedrock, so the bridge section (11) has almost no settlement, while the lower part of the embankment (3) at the bridgehead section is The foundation soil (12) generally produces a certain amount of settlement under the action of additional stress. Therefore, there will be differential settlement between the bridge section (11) and the embankment (3) at the bridge head section, so that vehicles will jump when passing by, that is, bridge head jumping.

[0040] In order to solve the problem of vehicle jumping at the bridge head, it is necessary to try to reduce the settlement of the embankment (3) at the bridge head section. By adopting the method of the present invention, when constructing on embankment slopes, the heavy embankment filling is replaced with lightweight materials (1), reducing loads, thereby redu...

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for processing vehicle bump at a bridge head of an existing highway, and the method comprises the following steps: mixing lightweight materials at a construction site; drilling holes from embankment slopes on both sides of the highway, and automatically discharging soil outward from a threaded opening while rotatably drilling holes; after a designed depth reaches, rotatably and slowly pulling out a drill rod, and starting a booster pump so as to pump the lightweight materials into the obtained drill holes by virtue of a central tube of the drill rod; and jetting the lightweight materials from the central hole of the drill rod so as to gradually fill the hole from bottom to top, thereby replacing the filled soil of an embankment. The drill holes are arranged squarely or quincuncially on the side slope of the embankment, a certain included angle is formed between each drill hole and a horizontal plane, and the elevation of the opening of each hole is positioned below a pavement structure layer and above the underside of the filled soil of the embankment. By using the method disclosed by the invention, the weight of the embankment is greatly reduced, thereby reducing the settlement after construction caused by embankment loads and then effectively solving the problem of vehicle bump at bridge heads. During the construction period, the highway is not required to be closed, therefore, the normal traffic of the highway is not affected. The method disclosed by the invention is simple in construction process, convenient to operate, simple in equipment, economical, and high in efficiency.

Description

[0001] technical field [0002] The invention belongs to the technical field of civil engineering, and in particular relates to a processing method for vehicle jumping at the bridge head of an existing expressway. Background technique [0003] my country's expressway construction is developing rapidly, and most of my country's expressways are located in the eastern coastal areas. There are a lot of soft soil foundation problems in the construction of expressways in coastal areas. In the construction of expressways in soft soil areas, it is necessary to solve the problem of uneven settlement of the roadbed, which is especially important at the bridgehead. my country's "Code for Design of Highway Subgrade" (JTG D30-2004) stipulates that the post-construction settlement of the general road section is less than 30cm, the post-construction settlement of the bridge head transition section is less than 20cm, and the post-construction settlement of the bridge head section is less th...
