Abstract

A method for exploiting high viscous and congealable crude oil with a water-jet cutting technology is applied to exploiting high viscous and congealable crude oil in oil field. The method comprises the following steps that: a flow string is inserted into a casing, the lower end of the flow string is connected with a jetting tool, an ejector on the lower end of the jetting tool is inserted into the depth of the solidifying point of the high viscous and congealable crude oil in a well; a packer is set; and waste water or clear water of the oil field which are separated are filled in a well; and an oil pumping unit is also switched on to drive a plunger in an oil well pump to do reciprocating motion. The filled waste water or clear water of the oil field and the exploited liquid can be simultaneously conveyed to ground surface by the oil pumping unit. The invention has the effects that: with the method, the exploitation of high viscous and congealable crude oil is more effective, energy-saving and environment friendly. The high viscous and congealable crude oil is cutted into fine particles by the waste water or clear water of the oil field at vicinity of the solidifying point, the fine particles can be further solidified under the action of cooling water to form crude oil particles with a certain hardness and without emulsification and wax precipitation, and the phenomenon of emulsification and wax precipitation during the crude oil exploiting process can be solved.
