Besides, the fault processing terminal, the fault arranging terminal, the memory and the database server are connected with the microprocessor. According to the invention, beneficial effects are as follows: various actual equipment faults can be accurately simulated as well as situations of failed operation and misoperation of a protection and breaker can also be simulated; a mixing simulation method is employed to establish a model; that is, if it is allowed to use a logic determination method for protection, the logic determination method is used whenever possible; if it is not allowed to use the logic determination method, a fixed value determination method is used; therefore, a motion rule of relay protection in reality can be accurately simulated; and requirements on accuracy and a real-time property can be met simultaneously.
