Abstract

A thread thruster of the plasma separation device pushes an extruding plate to extrude the plasma after being centrifuged to a plasma bag, the vision image detection system monitor a blood bag simultaneously to guarantee that all things extruded from the plasma bag are the plasma, and the weighting module detects whether the weight of the plasma in the plasma bag reaches to a set threshold. If the weight of the plasma in the plasma bag reaches to the set threshold, the plasma separation device stops extrusion, and the thermal bonding module heats to fusing a connection tube between the blood bag and the plasma bag to achieve package. The system and the method for separating the component blood based on the vision images can achieve automatic separation of the component blood after being centrifuged quickly, accurately and efficiently, and have the advantages of being simple in operation, safe, reliable, low in cost and the like.
