The invention relates to a fuel supply device of an internal-combustion engine injecting hydrogen in a gas inlet channel and a control strategy of the fuel supply device. the structure and the working process of the whole system are as follows: an engine control unit 6 (ECU) calculates the needed hydrogen injecting amount according to a formed calibrated by an engine pedestal on the basis of current rotary speed and load requirements; a hydrogen rail pressure sensor 5 is located on upstream pipelines of hydrogen rails 3 and 4 to feed back current pressure numerical values to the ECU; the needed hydrogen injecting pulse width can be decided by the hydrogen injecting amount and the pressure of the hydrogen rails; then permitted range of the hydrogen injecting pulse width can be inquired from the form inside the ECU according to the rotary speed of the engine and the time for injecting hydrogen is decided; at the time, the ECU judges whether the maximum hydrogen injecting pulse width of a single hydrogen injecting valve in the pulse width permitted range meets the requirement of hydrogen injecting amount or not. If so, a first nozzle 1 works; and if not, a second nozzle 2 is opened, and the needed injecting pulse width is calculated.
