The device comprises an opening device, a carding device and a honeycomb process device which are arranged in sequence, wherein an air lay and needling combined device is arrange between the carding device and the honeycomb process device, an input end of the air lay and needling combined device is connected with an output end of the carding device and an output end of the air lay and needling combined device is connected with the honeycomb process device. After being opened by the opening device, waste fiber fabrics become small fiber blocks or fiber bundles; then the small fiber blocks or fiber bundles are fed into the carding device to be carded, cleaned and mixed; and then the air lay and needling combined device processes the small fiber blocks or fiber bundles into a net and carries out compacting and needling to obtain non-woven cloth; and finally the non-woven cloth is processed and shaped into a honeycomb-cored product by the honeycomb process device.
