The invention discloses a hybrid transmission assembly, which comprises a permanent magnetic synchronous motor, an AMT (automated mechanical transmission) and a differential, which are disposed in a same case. The AMT comprises a motor output shaft, a motor intermediate shaft, an engine input shaft, an intermediate shaft, an output shaft and variable-speed transmission components arranged on the five shafts respectively, wherein the motor output shaft, the motor intermediate shaft, the engine input shaft, the intermediate shaft and the output shaft are arranged in parallel. The permanent magnetic synchronous motor is arranged in the case, and the differential is in fit connection with the output shaft. The hybrid transmission assembly solves the AMT shifting power interruption problem which is different to solve, and active synchronous shifting, shifting time shortening and shifting impact reduction can be realized. During shifting, rotation speeds of the input end and the output end of a synchronizer can be identical or approximate to each other by controlling rotation speed of the motor, so that shifting quality can be improved. When the motor is connected with the input shaft, maximum torque or maximum speed required by different operating conditions can be obtained by the aid of different gears, and function of running or parking charging functions in feed can be realized. In addition, when the motor is connected with the intermediate shaft, power can be provided independently when gear shifting for an engine is required.
