Abstract

The system comprises a first shell, a voltage regulator circuit, a data acquisition card and an industrial control computer, wherein an impeller is arranged in the first shell; an installation hole is arranged in the position, dead against the impeller, on the first shell; a threaded sleeve is installed in the installation hole; a first proximity switch is installed in the threaded sleeve and is flush with the inner wall of the first shell; the first proximity switch is connected with the voltage regulator circuit and the data acquisition card; and the data acquisition card is connected with the industrial control computer. The system has the following advantages that: the system is simple to install, has a wide range of application and is applicable to various types of big and small cryogenic radial inflow turbines and centrifugal compressors; and the problems that the traditional magnetoelectric sensors need to be extremely close to the tested rotatable parts, the sensors are about to impact and rub with rotors if vibration of the rotatable parts is too big during operation, and the installation difficulty is higher are solved by using the proximity switch.
