Problems solved by technology

[0003] Affected by many factors in the natural environment, the Great Wall, beacon towers, passes, and ancient cities have been severely weathered, and geological diseases such as cracks and collapses have also occurred in earthen building sites, which have caused great damage to cultural relics, and some are even devastating. To form corresponding protective materials and protective technologies, it is urgent to find suitable protective materials for protection and reinforcement

Abstract

The invention discloses a cementing material made of grey white malm and used for reinforcing a historic site of a building. A preparation method comprises the following steps of: adding grey white malm containing 85 percent of CaCO3 and 15 percent of white clay into a grinder and grinding, and screening to obtain crushed malm particles of which the particle size is 1 to 5cm; roasting the crushed malm particles in a roaster at the temperature of between 1,000 and 1,400 DEG C for 3 to 4 hours, discharging from the furnace, and naturally cooling to ambient temperature so as to roasted crushed malm particles; grinding the roasted crushed malm particles in a ball grinding mill, and screening by using a 100-mesh sieve to obtain the roasted malm powder; preparing silt to be screened by using 5-mesh sieve; and adding the roasted malm powder into a stirrer and uniformly mixing to obtain the cementing material, wherein the mass ratio of the slit to the roasted malm powder is 2:1. The cementing material is used for repairing the soil historic site of the building and has an appearance and color which are close to those of soil of the historic site, and the cracked and collapsed soil historic site which is reinforced by using the cementing material is high in durability. The cementing material is high in compatibility with the body soil of the historic site; the tamped and repaired soil is high in porosity and water permeability; and the cementing material can be combined with the soil body of the historic site firmly and is not peeled easily, and is high in weather resistance performance, freeze-thaw resistance and water stability.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a material for reinforcing earth building ruins, in particular to a cementitious material for reinforcing earth building ruins made of off-white marl. Background technique [0002] In my country, soil cultural relics are widely distributed and rich in types, such as the Great Wall, beacon towers, passes, ancient cities and other earthen architectural sites. As an extremely fragile type of cultural relic entity, it carries a large amount of precious historical information, and contains extremely important image materials in the past dynasties of politics, economy, art, architecture, technology, etc. It is a physical specimen of ancient Chinese civilization and a national cultural heritage. It has the appeal and cohesion of national unity and cultural identity, and it is also a high-quality state-owned asset in my country and an extremely precious cultural tourism resource in the contemporary era.
