Embodiment Construction

[0046]The following techniques can be used in various wireless communication systems such as Code Division Multiple Access (CDMA), Frequency Division Multiple Access (FDMA), Time Division Multiple Access (TDMA), Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiple Access (OFDMA), Single Carrier Frequency Division Multiple Access address (SC-FDMA), etc. CDMA may be implemented as a radio technology such as Universal Terrestrial Radio Access (UTRA) or CDMA2000. TDMA may be implemented as a radio technology such as Global System for Mobile communications (GSM) / General Packet Radio Service (GPRS) / Enhanced Data rates for GSM Evolution (EDGE). OFDMA may be implemented by radio technologies such as Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) 802.11 (Wi-Fi), IEEE 802.16 (WiMAX), IEEE 802.20, E-UTRA (Evolved UTRA), and the like. IEEE 802.16m (an evolution of IEEE 802.16e) provides backward compatibility to IEEE 802.16e-based systems. UTRA is part of the Universal Mobile Telecommunicat...

Abstract

The present invention provides a method and apparatus for generating a reference signal sequence by user equipment (UE) in a wireless communication system. The UE receives a UE-specific sequence group hopping (SGH) parameter that is specific to itself, and generates a reference signal sequence based on a base sequence in each slot unit. The base sequence is classified into sequence-group numbers determined in each of the slot units by the UE-specific SGH parameter indicating whether SGH has been carried out, and base sequence numbers.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to wireless communication, and more particularly, to a method and device for generating a reference signal sequence in a wireless communication system. Background technique [0002] Multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) technology may be used to improve the efficiency of data transmission and reception using multiple transmit antennas and multiple receive antennas. MIMO techniques can include: Space Frequency Block Code (SFBC), Space Time Block Code (STBC), Cyclic Delay Diversity (CDD), Frequency Switched Transmit Diversity (FSTD), Time Switched Transmit Diversity (TSTD), Precoding Vector Switching (PVS ), space multiplexing (SM) to achieve diversity. The MIMO channel matrix according to the number of receive antennas and the number of transmit antennas can be decomposed into multiple independent channels. Each independent channel is called a layer or stream. The number of layers is called rank. [0003] In a wireless ...
