The linear-proportional-control-based cell welding circuit comprises a transformer, an analog quantity output control module, a silicon controlled and an infrared lamp tube, wherein the transformer is connected with the analog quantity output control module and the silicon controlled; the analog quantity output control module is connected with the silicon controlled; an output end of the silicon controlled is connected with one end of the infrared lamp tube; the other end of the infrared lamp tube is connected with mains supply; and the silicon controlled controls the voltage output into the infrared lamp tube according to different current signals input by the analog quantity output control module. By adoption of the control mode, smooth temperature control can be realized, the phenomena of breakage, concealed crack and the like of the cell in the welding process are effectively controlled, and the cell breakage rate is reduced from the original 8 percent to 3 percent numerically; and moreover, the welding reliability and stability are improved, and the component quality is improved to a certain degree.
