The invention further provides a manufacturing method of the high-separation thin film for the heat-preservation material, which is characterized by comprising the following steps of: carrying out vacuum evaporation to form an aluminum layer with the thickness of 600 on a bidirectional tensile polyester substrate with the thickness of 12 mu m; utilizing a multi-layered co-extrusion blow molding method to produce a three-layered co-extrude polyethylene thin film with the thickness of 50 mu m; and utilizing a dry-method composite process and utilizing a double-component polyurethane adhesive to sequentially press the nylon thin film, the high-separation aluminum-plated film layer, the aluminum foil and the hot seal layer. The high-separation thin film for the heat-preservation material disclosed by the invention adopts a manner of overlapping the aluminum foil with the high-separation aluminum-plated film layer and avoids the reduction of the separation performance, caused by that the aluminum foil is provided with fewer needle holes; and the high-separation thin film for the heat-preservation material has good moisture resistance and gas resistance, and can maintain a long heat preservation effect of a vacuum heat-preservation plate.
