Abstract

The technology comprises the steps that: A, cast iron is smelted in a medium-frequency electric furnace; and the chemical composition of the molten iron is regulated by using 75 ferrosilicon, strontium ferrosilicon, electrolytic nickel, electrolytic copper, 65 ferromanganese, and 60 ferrochromium; B, a nodulizing process is carried out by adding nickel-containing FeSiRe2Mg6 into the molten iron obtained in the step A, wherein a pouring-in method is adopted, and the processing temperature is 1620-1650; C, an inoculation treatment is carried out upon the molten iron obtained in the step B by using 0.3% of 75 ferrosilicon and 0.25% of strontium ferrosilicon; D, the molten iron obtained in the step C is cast into an impeller casting mold employing clay-bonded sand or pre-coated sand, and stream inoculation is carried out by using 75 ferrosilicon during casting; and E, the materials are cooled in room temperature until the molten metal is solidified, and the casting is fetched and cleaned, such that the austenite nodular cast iron impeller with corrosion resistance and wear resistance is obtained.
