Abstract

The embodiment of the invention discloses a blind zone detection device applied to a pH value control process of a desulfurization system. The device comprises a first measurer, a second measurer and a first microprocessor, wherein the first measurer is connected with a first memory; the second measurer is connected with a second memory; the first measurer is used for measuring a first pH value and first slurry supply flow at a first moment and storing in the first memory; the second measurer is used for measuring a second pH value and second slurry supply flow at a second moment and storing in the second memory; the first microprocessor is used for subtracting the second pH value and the second slurry supply flow from the first pH value and the first slurry supply flow and comparing the operation results with a second threshold value and a third threshold value respectively; and if the difference of the first pH value and the second pH value is greater than or equal to the second threshold value and the difference of the first slurry supply flow and the second slurry supply flow is less than or equal to the third threshold value, a judgment is made that a desulfurization blind zone occurs.
