The commercial crossbreeding method comprises the following steps: with a huanghuai goat as a female parent and a Boer goat as a male parent, producing a Boer-Huanghuai two-way crossbred female goat; then crossbreeding a Boer goat with the Boer-Huanghuai two-way crossbred female goat to produce a Boer-Boer-Huanghuai commercial mutton goat, wherein the Boer-Boer-Huanghuai commercial mutton goat has 75% of blood relationship of the Boer goat and 25% of blood relationship of the Huanghuai goat. Tests prove that a 8-month-aged Boer-Boer-Huanghuai commercial crossbred mutton goat is 37.97kg, which is improved by 179.81% as compared with a 8-month-aged Huanghuai goat which is 13.57kg; and the muscle fiber diameter of a Boer-Boer-Huanghuai commercial crossbred mutton goat is 0.0327 on average, which is thinner than that of a Boer goat, which is 0.0376, so the excellent mutton-purposed performance of the Boer goat is well used, which is beneficial to the production of commercial mutton goats.
