Abstract

The invention discloses a method for uniformizing the business information model data of petrochemical enterprises. The method comprises the following steps: (1) according to a specified production process, respectively establishing a PCS (process control system)-layer logistics topological model, an MES (manufacturing executive system)-layer logistics topological model and an ERP (enterprise resource planning)-layer logistics topological model so as to form multiple scales of logistics topological models corresponding to the production process; (2) establishing a mapping relation between every two adjacent layers in the multiple scales of logistics topological models; (3) constructing a business function module (relevant to the production process) and a business information model corresponding to the business function module; and(4) automatically correlating the business information model with the multiple scales of logistics topological models.
