The first working procedure is that the two fixing rivets located at the lower end of the base body strengthening net are arranged on a base wall body; the second working procedure is that cement paste which is mixed well is laid at the lower end of the base body strengthening net; the third working procedure is that the moulding plate is arranged on the cement paste which is finished in the second working procedure in pressed mode; the fourth working procedure is that the base body strengthening net is tensioned and laid flatly, and then the two fixing rivets at the upper end of the base body strengthening net are fixed on the base wall body; and the fifth working procedure is that the cement paste which is finished in the second working procedure is continuously laid upward until the whole base body strengthening net is covered.
