Abstract

The invention relates to a demulsifying dehydration method of an oilfield produced liquid. The method comprises a step that emulsifying dehydration is carried out by mixing the oilfield produced liquid with a demulsifying assistant and a demulsifying agent, wherein the oilfield produced liquid contains an emulsified viscosity reducer, the demulsifying assistant comprises one or more of a polymeric aluminum flocculant, a polymeric iron flocculant and a metal-polysilicate flocculant, and the application amount of the demulsifying assistant is 50-10000pm on the basis of the quality of the oilfield produced liquid.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for demulsification and dehydration of oilfield production fluid. Background technique [0002] The heavy and inferior quality of crude oil is the trend of crude oil production in the world, and heavy oil resources account for a considerable proportion of the world's oil and gas resources. According to statistics, heavy oil and ultra-heavy oil account for more than 20% of the world's proven crude oil reserves. With the continuous reduction of light and easy-to-recover crude oil, the exploitation of heavy oil has increasingly attracted the attention of various countries. Heavy oil has high content of colloid and asphaltenes, high viscosity and poor fluidity, so it is very difficult to exploit and gather. The production technology using emulsified viscosity reducer can replace dilute crude oil for mining and transportation, and has the advantages of low energy consumption and less equipment investment. Chemical viscosit...
