Embodiment Construction

[0024] Below in conjunction with embodiment the present invention is described in further detail:

[0025] Take 300L fresh duck blood, use 2 g / L ascorbic acid as antioxidant, add 0.05%-0.1% of blood volume; and 4 g / L trisodium citrate as anticoagulant, add 16.7% of the anticoagulant blood was obtained, and then centrifuged at 4000r / min for 30min, the supernatant was plasma, and the centrifuged sediment was blood cells. Adjust the pH of plasma to 4.9 with 0.5 mol / L acetic acid-sodium acetate buffer solution, centrifuge the precipitate, wash with water until neutral and remove impurities, and obtain a plasma protein solution. The plasma protein solution is adjusted to a concentration of 25%-30%, and then spray-dried. The plasma protein spray-drying conditions are 190-195°C inlet air temperature and 90-95°C outlet air temperature to obtain plasma protein powder products.

[0026] The blood cells in the centrifuged sediment were hemolyzed by heating and cooling at temperatures of...

Abstract

The invention discloses a process for producing micromolecule hemepeptide, heme iron and plasma proteins by using duck blood as a raw material. The micromolecule hemepeptide, the heme iron and the plasma proteins which have the physiological activity in the specific molecular weight range are researched and developed by integrating an anti-freezing and antioxidation technology, a cold and heat temperature varying alternation technology, a dynamic ultrahigh pressure technology, a phase enzymolysis technology, an enzymolysis supernate decoloration technology, a membrane fractionation technology and a spray drying technology and by using by-products, namely the duck blood obtained through processing of meat duck as the raw material. According to the micromolecule hemepeptide which is obtained by the production process, the average peptide chain length is 2.9 to 3.5 amino acid residues, the molecular weight distribution range is 1,000 to 3,000d, and the content of small peptides is more than or equal to 35 percent; according to the heme iron, the protein content is more than or equal to 80 percent, the heme content is more than or equal to 15 percent, and the iron content is 2.0 to 2.5 percent; and according to the plasma proteins, the protein content is more than or equal to 85 percent, and the solubility is more than or equal to 95 percent. By the process, the duck blood resources are utilized comprehensively and efficiently, and pollutant discharge in the production process can be avoided.

Description

[0001] technical field [0002] The invention relates to a process for comprehensively producing small-molecule blood peptides, heme iron and plasma proteins by using duck blood as a raw material, and belongs to the fields of agricultural by-product finishing technology and food nutrition. Background technique [0003] Livestock blood is a food with high nutritional value, known as "liquid meat", it is rich in protein and trace elements (such as iron), as well as appropriate amount of minerals, vitamins, hormones, enzymes and other physiological activities substance. Animal blood is divided into plasma and blood cells, wherein the protein content of plasma is about 25% of the total protein content of whole blood, and the protein content of blood cells is about 15%. According to data, the number of poultry slaughtered in my country exceeds 9 billion per year, and the annual stock and slaughter volume basically maintain a growth rate of 5-10%. Usually, a poultry is slaugh...
