The interfacial agent for binding vitrified tiles is prepared by mixing the following substances in parts by weight: 15-25 parts of expanded perlite, 65-75 parts of cationic emulsion and 5-15 parts of wood fiber, wherein the expanded perlite is an inorganic vitrified hollow microporous material, and the cationic emulsion is a cationic synthetic resin emulsion for mixing cement mortar. The cationic emulsion having favorable binding action with the vitrified tiles is used as the binding component of the interfacial agent, the expanded perlite is added to enhance the water absorptivity of the interfacial agent, and the wood fiber is added to enhance the binding action of the interfacial agent.
