Abstract

The invention relates to a method for manufacturing fresh-keeping isolating layers circularly used for rubber tire preparation. The method comprises the steps of: simultaneously drooling fused polyolefins surface materials by utilizing two drooling die heads, compositing a knitted wire mesh in the middle, performing hot-pressing compositing by utilizing press rolls, and solidifying so as to obtain the fresh-keeping isolating layers, wherein the press rolls and cooling rolls are synchronous in the rotating speeds and the thickness of the fresh-keeping isolating layers can be controlled through adjusting a gap between the two adjacent press rolls and the rotating speeds of the press rolls and the cooling rolls; the press rolls and the cooling rolls are hollow rolls; and a surface cooling effect can be provided through introducing water in a circulating manner to ensure that the fresh-keeping isolating layers can be rapidly solidified and formed. According to the method disclosed by the invention, the fresh-keeping isolating layers can be formed by one step and the three-layer fusion fastness is extremely high so as to enable the three layers are similar to a whole; the inherent characteristics of the original fresh-keeping film is kept and the fresh-keeping isolating layers can be recycled due to the knitted wire mesh integrated in the middle; and as the fresh-keeping isolating layers are formed by one step, and no bonding material or bonding process is required among the surface layers, the fresh-keeping isolating layers are low in manufacturing cost and suitable for mass production.
