Abstract

The invention discloses a guide rail frame which consists of a plurality of supporting frames and a plurality of standard knots that are mutually spliced. Each supporting frame comprises two parallel supporting tubes placed on the same structural plane and a plurality of connecting angles positioned between the two supporting tubes, wherein each supporting tube is formed by splicing and welding a seamless steel tube and a flange; and joints of the supporting frames are connected by flanges. The standard knots comprise guide frames and racks, wherein the guide frames correspond to the supporting frames; each guide frame comprises two parallel guide circular tubes placed on the same structural plane; the guide frames are connected with the racks through bolts; each standard knot is arranged on an outer side face of each supporting frame and is connected with each supporting frame through a U-shaped ring. The guide rail frame is simpler in structure, and more convenient to mount; the strength of the guide rail frame can be improved; the weight of the guide rail frame is reduced; and as a pin-tooth structure that combines stainless steel pin-teeth and hot galvanizing steel plates is adopted, the anti-corrosion of the racks is achieved.
