Abstract
The invention relates to a special material composition for high-elongation-percentage PVC-M (modified polyvinyl chloride) tubes, belonging to the field of high-molecular polymer materials. The special material composition for high-elongation-percentage PVC-M tubes is prepared from the following components in certain parts by weight: PVC resin, MBS (methyl methacrylate-butadiene-styrene)-561, organotin stabilizer, composite antiaging agent, lubricant, filler, processing assistant ACR and titanium white. The material composition reserves the high tensile strength of PVC-U (unplasticized polyvinyl chloride), and greatly enhances the elongation percentage of the PVC tube (the elongation percentage is up to 180-210%), so that the PVC tube has the advantages of high elongation percentage, favorable shock resistance, favorable working properties and the like. The impact strength is greatly enhanced, so that the PVC tube can effectively resist foundation settlement, point load and earthquake. The price per meter of the PVC tube prepared by the material composition is equivalent to that of the PVC-U tube, and lower than that of the PE (polyethylene) tube; and thus, the invention has broad market prospects.
