The swash-plate oscillating reciprocating-piston oilless air compressor is characterized in that the body of the shaft seal is provided with a sheet-shaped sealing skirt which is spread outwards and can extend, retract, oscillate and deform, the sealing skirt is tightly fixed on the box body or the cylinder, and a sealing lip is hermetically and tightly fixed on the body of the connecting rod and oscillates and moves back and forth along with the connecting rod.
