The invention discloses a dispatching-automation water draining system of a transformer substation deep well, which belongs to the technology of water supply and drainage in civil building engineering. The dispatching-automation water draining system is divided into three parts, i.e. a dispatching side, a communication network and a transformer substation side, wherein the dispatching side is connected with the transformer substation side through the communication network; the dispatching side is formed by a comprehensive dispatching platform, and a video monitoring system and a power dispatching automation system which are respectively connected with the comprehensive dispatching platform; the transformer substation side is formed by multiple groups of transformer substation nodes which are connected in parallel; and each transformer substation node is respectively formed by a video monitoring probe, a water pump, a water draining controller, a water level alarm and a multi-stage water level detector. The dispatching-automation water draining system disclosed by the invention is a reliable, efficient and water-saving modernized water draining system which realizes quick water level out-of-limit finding, quick alarming, quick water draining and whole real-time monitoring; and the dispatching-automation water draining system has the characteristics of low investment, reasonable structure and convenience in implementation and operation, has the engineering practicability in three capacities, i.e. signal measurability, state visibility and device controllability, and has a stronger promotion value.
