First, a hysteresis loop switching method is used for judging which rotating speed section VS does the rotating speed n belong to. Second, according to the rotating speed section VS, the number of the pulse NP of the encoder in next measuring period is set in a self-adaption mode. Third, the time span Tb of NP encoder pulses is measured. Then, combining the NP, the Tb and the encoder wire number m, and the rotating speed n of the motor is calculated. At last, the hysteresis loop switching method is used for judging which rotating speed section VS does the rotating speed n belong to, and rotating speed measuring enters into a next period.
