Problems solved by technology

[0004] Most of the core technologies of traditional rigid endoscopes use optical fiber bundles for light transmission and imaging, or CCD technology for imaging. This type of endoscope can only observe from the surface of the tissue to provide doctors with diagnostic evidence. However, early cancer often Symptoms occur at a depth of 1-3 mm below the skin, so the above-mentioned endoscopy is powerless
In addition, there are also endoscopes that perform medical imaging through the principle of ultrasound. This type of endoscope can obtain tissue information deeper than the surface of biological tissues, but the resolution is only on the order of millimeters, and cannot effectively detect and diagnose fine tissues.

Embodiment Construction

[0027] The endoscopic scanning probe of the present invention includes: a MEMS optical scanning probe 101 , a connecting part 102 , a handheld part 103 , an optical interface 104 and an electrical interface 105 . A MEMS optical scanning probe 101 for OCT endoscopic imaging is connected to the front end of the hand-held part 103 through the connecting part 102 . The photoelectric connection line of the MEMS optical scanning probe 101 is included in the connection part and connected to the photoelectric interface through at least part of the interior of the hand-held part 103 .

[0028] The photoelectric interface can be respectively arranged at the tail of the hand-held part 103 or the middle part of the hand-held part 103, and the hand-held part 103 adopts a humanized design, which is convenient to hold. Such as figure 1 As shown, when the flexible connecting tube is used to connect the handle 103 and the outer tube of the MEMS optical scanning probe 101, it can be made of me...

Abstract

The invention discloses an optical scanning probe for endoscopic OCT (optical coherence tomography) imaging. The optical scanning probe comprises a holding portion with a photoelectric interface, and the front end of the holding portion is connected with an MEMS (micro-electromechanical systems) optical scanning probe for endoscopic OCT imaging through a connecting portion. With the MEMS optical scanning probe, the endoscopic use of the OCT imaging technology is realized; an OCT optical image is capable of entering a narrow body cavity or a narrow pipeline in the industrial field; and various suspected diseased tissues or samples are capable of being accurately scanned to acquire optical coherence tomography images of the suspected diseased tissues or the samples for further diagnosis. The optical scanning probe is particularly applied to the biomedical field, biological tissue sampling and slicing is eliminated, and thus, patients' pain is greatly relieved, and detection time is reduced. The endoscopic probe utilizes the MEMS technology to miniaturize the optical scanning probe, and thus, the diameter of an endoscopic insertion portion is greatly reduced.

Description

[0001] technical field [0002] The invention relates to an endoscopic scanning device for optical images, in particular to an optical scanning probe for OCT endoscopic imaging. Background technique [0003] Optical coherence tomography (OCT) has high-resolution cross-sectional imaging capabilities. It is becoming more and more mature in the medical field and has been widely used in the diagnosis of ophthalmology, skin and other in vitro diseases. In order to realize OCT non-invasive detection of various internal organs or internal tissues in the human body, the key technical obstacle is the miniaturization of the OCT endoscopic scanning probe (the outer diameter is required to be less than 5 mm). [0004] Most of the core technologies of traditional rigid endoscopes use optical fiber bundles for light transmission and imaging, or CCD technology for imaging. This type of endoscope can only observe from the surface of the tissue to provide doctors with diagnostic evidence....
