Abstract

The invention discloses a treatment method of chemical cleaning wastewater and relates to the treatment method of wastewater. The treatment method comprises the following steps: dosing 50 mg / L of PAC (polyaluminium chloride) and 2 mg / L of PAM (polyacrylamide) into the wastewater, stirring, then regulating the pH to 8, and precipitating for 40 minutes; taking supernatant fluid, regulating the pH to 2, and dosing 60 g / L of mixture of iron powder and graphite, wherein the weight ratio of the iron powder to the graphite is 1 : 1; reacting for 3 h, then dripping 4 mL / L of H2O2 solution, reacting for 60 minutes, then precipitating for 30 minutes; and taking the supernatant fluid, regulating the pH to 6, dosing 20g / L of activated carbon and adsorbing for 120 minutes. By adopting the method disclosed by the invention for treatment of the high-concentration chemical cleaning wastewater, the total removal rate of COD (chemical oxygen demand) achieves above 98%, the COD in the outlet water can be reduced to about 100 mg / L, and the national first-stage emission standard can be achieved.
