Abstract

The invention provides a data conversion and transmission method based on FC (fiber channel) and Camlink buses. The method achieves that an FC backbone network is used for data communication among subsystems which use the Camlink bus for transmitting LVDS (low-voltage differential signaling) image data. According to the scheme, an LVDS interface sampling and sending function, an FC MAC (media access control) layer interface function, an FC data receiving / sending control function are achieved by the aid of FPGA (field programmable gate array) logic design, and LVDS data caching, format conversion under an FC-AE-ASM protocol and an FC message hardware framing and reassembling function are achieved by the aid of the interface conversion logic. The method is flexible in configuration, highly practical and convenient to use.
