The composition consists of 0.2-1% of starch, 0-10% of urea and the balance of kaolin, wherein the starch comprises cassava starch and oxidized starch. Urea solution is filled into kaolin fluid, and the mixture is ball milled through a wet process; water is hydraulically filtered; then, starch solution is sprayed; and the kaolin composition is obtained through stirring and stacking. The dry strength of the kaolin composition is high and can reach above 6.0MPa at least and even above 10MPa; and the kaolin composition has the advantages of good plasticity, simplicity in technology and low cost.
