Abstract

The invention relates to a laboratory preparation method of an iron-base amorphous spectral standard sample. The method comprises the following steps: chemical composition selection; raw material smelting; molten steel casting; demolding; sample treatment and characteristic analysis; sample uniformity analysis; sample deterministic analysis; and sample composition calibration. On the basis of the chemical composition and proportioning, smelting process and final sample processing, the invention provides a laboratory vacuum furnace smelting preparation method of an iron-base amorphous alloy spectral standard sample, which has the advantages of high reliability and low cost and is simple to operate. The sample prepared by the method provided by the invention can be effectively and uniformly excited by a spectrometer, thereby obtaining more accurate data and providing insurance for development and production of iron-base amorphous alloy materials.
