Abstract

The invention discloses a preparation method of an anodic aluminum oxide film. The method comprises the following steps of: (1) sequentially processing an aluminum sheet by annealing and electrochemical polishing; (2) placing the processed aluminum sheet in step (1) into electrolyte to oxidize for the first time, wherein the electrolyte is a mixture of citric acid and oxalic acid; (3) removing an alumina coating on the aluminum sheet which is subjected to the first oxidation treatment, and then placing the aluminum sheet into the electrolyte to oxidize for the second time; and (4) removing an aluminum base of the aluminum sheet which is subjected to the second oxidization treatment, and then carrying out holing and hole expanding treatment, thus obtaining the anodic aluminum oxide film. According to the preparation method of the anodic aluminum oxide film, the mixed acid of citric acid and oxalic acid is used as the electrolyte, and the oxidization voltage for self-assembling oxidization can be changed by changing the ratio of citric acid to oxalic acid, and as a result, the pitch of holes of an AAO (Anodic Aluminum Oxide) die plate can be changed. The preparation method is mild in reaction process, the current is stable, larger pitch of holes can be continuously adjusted, and the applicable scope of the AAO film in preparation of a nanometer material is expanded.
