Abstract

The present invention relates to a safety lancet wherein, after the safety lancet has been used to collect blood, reuse of the safety lancet can essentially be prevented by providing a fail-safe reload preventing structure that does not allow the reloading of a moving block having a blood-collecting needle, and wherein pain during insertion of the blood-collecting needle into the skin can be minimized by guiding the moving block so as to move in a linear motion without vibration. The present invention comprises: an outer case on the inside of which is formed a space; an inner case which moves so as to slide along the space in the outer case, and on the front end of which is formed a through hole; and a sliding block which is coupled in such a way as to be able to move in a straight line along the inside of the inner case and at the same time is resiliently supported inside the outer case by means of a coil spring, and provided towards the front end of which there is a blood-collecting needle that has a protruding end, and provided on both sides at the rear end of which there is a pair of loading hooks that are loaded onto engagement projections of the inner case; ; and, when the sliding block disengages from part of the inner case as the inner case retreats, the sliding block advances under the resilient force of the coil spring such that the blood-collecting needle is made to momentarily protrude outside the inner case before retreating back into the inner case.
