The system comprises a testing assembly, a signal preprocessing module, a signal analysis unit, a hardware generative unit and a power module, wherein the testing assembly is formed by a high-precision index head and multiple accelerometer gauge outfits mounted on the high-precision index head, the signal preprocessing module carries out preprocessing on acquisition signals, the signal analysis unit conducts identification on the testing assembly and obtains parameters of a controller, and the hardware generative unit processes output signals of the testing assembly to achieve loop locking of a rebalance loop; the testing assembly, the signal preprocessing module and the signal analysis unit are sequentially connected; and the signal analysis unit is respectively connected with the hardware generative unit, the accelerometer gauge outfits and the power module.
