Abstract

The invention relates to a device for separating precious metals from a pregnant solution based on a free flow electrophoresis technology, and a use thereof. The device comprises an upper plate, a lower plate, an electrophoresis chamber and an electrode chamber. Plastic films which are located in the upper plate and the lower plate, are hollowed and are subjected to laser engraving molding form the electrophoresis chamber and the electrode chamber. An end of the lower plate is provided with a sample inlet hole and the sample inlet hole is located at an upper side of the trapezoidal structure. An end of the upper plate is provided with multiple sample outlet holes and the multiple sample outlet holes are located at a lower side of the trapezoidal structure. Inert electrodes are installed in the electrode chamber and are used for production of electric independent fields having the difference. The device creatively utilizes continuous separation advantage of free flow electrophoresis in industrial production, widens a free flow electrophoresis application scope, and improves industrial pregnant solution separation efficiency. Through free flow electrophoresis-based preliminary grading, the pregnant solution concentration is improved by 60%. The device provided by the invention is a novel free flow electrophoresis device, has a low cost and a simple structure, and can be assembled easily.

Description

【Technical field】 [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of free-flow electrophoresis separation, in particular to a device and application for separating precious metals in precious liquid based on free-flow electrophoresis (FFE) technology. 【Background technique】 [0002] Free flow electrophoresis (FFE) is a semi-preparative separation technology, which has the advantages of continuous separation, multiple separation modes, no solid support medium and mild separation conditions, and is especially suitable for the separation, purification and preparation of biological materials. [0003] The general electrophoresis process is carried out in a support medium to avoid interference effects such as diffusion and convection. The original support media were filter paper and cellulose acetate membranes, which have been used less in laboratories at present. The introduction of gel as a supporting medium has greatly promoted the development of electrophoresis technolog...
