Problems solved by technology

[0012] In order to overcome the problems existing in the prior art, the purpose of the present invention is to provide a method for processing and using low-quality iron ore powder, which can solve the problem that iron ore powder cannot be transported and batched, and the processing cost is lower than that of tanning and drying. Drying, the processing time is much shorter than that of tanning; at the same time, it can greatly reduce the cost of ore blending, and finally reduce the cost of molten iron, while ensuring the smooth operation of the blast furnace and the quality of molten iron

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for processing and utilizing low-quality iron ore powder. The method comprises the following steps of: mixing quick lime blocks with low-quality raw iron ore, and stirring and overturning, thereby obtaining a semi-finished product; overturning the semi-finished product three times, and braising the material, thereby obtaining iron ore powder; and screening the obtained iron ore powder on a mesh sieve having 50 mm sieve meshes, thereby obtaining the undersize finished product ore and completing the processing of the low-quality iron ore powder. The method is capable of solving the problem that the iron ore powder cannot be transported and blended, the processing cost of the method is far lower than that of tedding and drying and the processing time is also far shorter than that of tedding. The obtained iron ore powder is blended with an even mixture by a proportion of less than 10%, and the magnesium-aluminum ratio of blast-furnace slag is guaranteed in a normal range. At the same time, the ore blending cost can be greatly reduced and the cost of the iron liquid is reduced consequently; and simultaneously, the blaster furnace is guaranteed to operate stably and the quality of the iron liquid is ensured.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of metallurgy and relates to iron ore powder, in particular to a method for processing and using low-quality iron ore powder. Background technique [0002] Low-quality raw iron ore resources, although the price is low, but generally, the iron grade is very low, the moisture is high, and the alumina is high. Table 1 shows the basic physical and chemical composition of low-quality iron ore raw ore resources. The following reasons lead to It cannot be industrially produced: [0003] 1. It cannot be transported on the belt. This kind of ore has the characteristics of high viscosity, and it is easy to cause the belt to slip when transported on the belt. [0004] 2. It is impossible to directly batch ingredients in the silo. This kind of ore has the characteristics of high viscosity and is easy to block the feeding port. [0005] 3. It is impossible to spread materials on the mixed material pile. This kind of ore is ...
